SHIPPING
Our standard shipping method is U.P.S. Ground. Other shipping options are
available at an additional cost. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii must ship
by U.P.S. 2nd Day Air or Next Day service. All orders shipped outside the U.S.
will incur additional shipping charges that will be e-mailed to you prior to
shipment.
Some items may be subject to additional shipping charges due to weight or
dimension. Your actual shipping on these items may vary from the shipping cost
quoted on the web. You will be notified of these changes via e-mail prior to
shipment.
In-stock orders placed before 12 p.m. P.S.T. Monday through Thursday will ship within two business days. Orders placed after 12 p.m. P.S.T. Monday through Thursday and orders placed
Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship the third business day.
BACKORDERS
In the event that some items are temporarily out of stock or unavailable, your
order may be shipped partial. Your credit card will only be billed for the items
that actually ship. Shipping charges will be divided on multiple shipments, and
will not exceed the original amount quoted on your order.
You will be notified via e-mail on the status of backordered items.
RETURNS
Good, Unused, or Defective merchandise may be returned for a refund, credit, or
exchange, within 14 days of receipt. Please call us to obtain a Return
Authorization Number. Pack your return in the original package, if possible, and
clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.
Returns not displaying a valid Return Authorization Number will be refused.
Returns are subject to a restocking fee. Please ship returns via U.P.S. Ground
or insured U.S. Mail. Packages must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D.
deliveries. Please note that we do not refund shipping and handling charges.
